FULL TIME TEAM MEMBERS:
The Logistics Coordinator works with the team to ensure the flawless execution of TEDxCornell 2018. This includes, but is not limited to: venue, speaker coordination and volunteer management. The Coordinator must be able to communicate effectively with service providers, coordinate a team quickly and efficiently and be able to deal with unexpected problems. Due to the nature of the work, the Logistics Coordinator must be able to dedicate significant amount of time in the days leading up to the event.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR (A/V & PRODUCTION)
This role is involved in coordinating audio/visual support, backstage management and other technical production requirements of the event. Prior experience in production is desired. Due to the nature of the work, the Technical Director must be able to dedicate significant amount of time in the days leading up to the event.
This role will provide assistance to the Marketing & Design Lead with regards to graphic design requirements for publicity & for the event itself. The role requires a willingness to devote a significant amount of time to these responsibilities in the days leading up to the event.
Note: Before applying for a full time position, please ensure that you understand that these roles require significant commitment with up to 2-3 hours of work on a daily basis in the days leading up to the event.
